非華語學生的教育支援 (NCS Support)
目標︰
- 協助學童盡快適應本港的中文課程，及銜接主流課堂
- 為學童提供額外的中文學習經歷
- 提升學童的識字量、閱讀能力及寫作能力
- 加強支援非華語學生與華語生溝通及建構共融校園
Objectives:
1. To assist the students to adapt to the local curriculum of Chinese language as soon as possible, and to join the mainstream classes.
2. To provide the additional experiences of learning Chinese for the students.
3. To improve the students' vocabulary, reading ability and writing ability.
4. To strengthen support for non-Chinese speaking students and Chinese speaking students to communicate and build an inclusive campus.
: مقاصد
1۔ طلبا کی جلد سے جلد چینی زبان کے مقامی نصاب کو اپنانے اور مرکزی دھارے کی کلاسوں میں شامل ہونے میں مدد فراہم کرنا۔
2۔ طلبہ کو چینی زبان سیکھنے کے اضافی تجربات فراہم کرنا۔
3۔طلبہ کی ذخیرہ الفاظ ، پڑھنے کی صلاحیت اور تحریری صلاحیت کو بہتر بنانا۔
4۔غیر چینی بولنے والے طلباء اور چینی بولنے والے طلباء کو بات چیت کرنے اور ایک جامع کیمپس کی تعمیر کے لئے حمایت کو مستحکم کرنا
內容︰
1.在中國語文課堂安排額外教師/助理協助非華語學生中文學習
1.1.中文程度與本地生相若的學童，會與本地生一起上課
1.2.中文程度落後的學童會以以下形式協助：
1.2.1抽離式上中文課(每組約1名教師/副教師照顧約1-3名學生)
1.2.2增聘教師助理/課室助理以入班協助非華語學生於課堂學習
1.2.3為學童提供午息/課後輔導班
2.伴讀計劃
由老師/教學助理協助非華語學生於小息/午膳時進行故事伴讀活動及課文朗讀計劃
3.購買教學資源及電子學習平台，讓非華語生在學校及家中也能學習中文。
4.籌辦多元模式的中華文化藝術活動，以提升非華語學生學習中文的機會、興趣及對中華文化的認識，亦可與華語生一起學習，建構共融校園。
5.舉辦家長講座及活動並聘請少數族裔助理於家長活動中提供即時翻譯服務，加強與非華語家長溝通與合作。
Contents:
1. Arrange additional teachers/assistants in Chinese classes to assist NCS students in Chinese learning.
1.1. The students whose Chinese proficiency is similar to that of local students will attend classes with local students
1.2. The students whose Chinese proficiency lags behind that of others will be assisted as follows:
1.2.1 Conduct pull-out-approach Chinese classes (about 1 teacher/associate teacher taking care of about 1-3 students for each group)
1.2.2 Employ additional teacher assistants or classroom assistants to assist the NCS students in class.
1.2.3 Provide a lunch break or after-school tutorials for the students.
2.Carry out a paired reading scheme in which teachers or teaching assistants assist non-Chinese speaking students to carry out paired story reading activities and text oral reading projects during the break/lunch.
3. Purchase teaching resources and e-learning platforms so that non-Chinese speaking students can learn Chinese at school and at home.
4. Organize diversified Chinese cultural and artistic activities to enhance NCS students' opportunities and interest of learning Chinese, and understanding of Chinese culture. They can also study with Chinese -speaking students to build an inclusive campus.
5. Organize parent seminars and activities and hire minority assistants to provide simultaneous interpretation services in parent activities to strengthen communication and cooperation with NCS parents.

1۔چینی سیکھنے میں نان چائنیز اسپیکنگ طلباء کی مدد کے لئے چینی کلاسوں میں اضافی اساتذہ / معاونین کا بندوبست کریں۔
1.1جن طلبا کی چینی مہارت مقامی طلبہ کی طرح ہے ، وہ مقامی طلباء کے ساتھ کلاسوں میں شرکت
-کریں گے
1.2جن طلبا کی چینی مہارت دوسروں سے پیچھے ہے ان کی مدد کی جائے گی
1.2.1چینی کلاسز کا انعقاد (ایک ٹیچر / ایسوسی ایٹ ٹیچر ہر گروپ کے لئے تقریبا 1-3 طالب علموں کی دیکھ بھال
کریں گے(
1.2.2ملازم کریں اضافی اساتذہ معاونین یا کلاس روم کے معاونین کو معاونت کے لئے
کلاس میں نان چائنیز اسپیکنگ طلباء۔
1.2.3طلبہ کے لئے لنچ بریک یا اسکول کے بعد کے سبق فراہم کریں۔
.2ہم جوڑے میں پڑھنے کی اسکیم بھی چلائیں گے جس میں اساتذہ یا تدریسی معاونین غیر چینی بولنے والے طلباء کو جوڑے میں کہانیاں پڑھنے اور بریک / لنچ کے دوران زبانی پڑھنے کی جانچ کرنے میں معاون ثابت کریں گے۔
.3ریسی وسائل اور ای لرننگ پلیٹ فارم خریدیں گے تاکہ نان چائنیز اسپیکنگ طلباء اسکول اور گھر میں چینی زبان سیکھ سکیں۔
.4نان چائنیز اسپیکنگ طلباء کے مواقع اور چینی زبان سیکھنے کی دلچسپی اور چینی ثقافت کو سمجھنے کےلیئے متنوع چینی ثقافتی اور فنکارانہ سرگرمیاں منظم کریں۔ وہ جامع کیمپس کی تعمیر کے لیئے چینی بولنے والے طلباء کے ساتھ تعلیم حاصل کرسکتے ہیں۔
.5 والدین کے سیمینار اور سرگرمیوں کا اہتمام کریں اور اقلیتی معاونین کی خدمات حاصل کریں تاکہ وہ والدین کی سرگرمیوں میں بیک وقت تشریحی خدمات مہیا کرسکیں تاکہ نان چائنیز اسپیکنگ والدین کے ساتھ رابطے اور تعاون کو مستحکم کیا جاسکے۔
