In view of the severe outbreak of COVID-19, the Education Bureau has made the announcement to suspend all face-to-face lessons and school activities for kindergartens and primary schools starting from 14th January, 2022 (Friday) until the Chinese New Year Holiday. In the meantime, the “face-to-face lessons policy” remains unchanged for all secondary schools.
Therefore, online lessons via ZOOM will be carried out for P.1 to P.6 classes in primary section whereas face-to-face lessons will remain unchanged for M1 to M6 classes in secondary section. And the arrangements are as follows:
(1) Parents could check the hyperlinks of ZOOM and GOOGLE CLASSROOM with homeroom teachers/subject teachers from 9am onwards on 14th January, 2022 (Friday). If you have encountered any problems/difficulties, please contact the above parties as soon as possible.
(2) Starting from 17th January, 2022 (Monday), online lessons will be carried out in primary section. Students are strongly advised to be punctual for the lessons. For the relevant hyperlinks and QR codes, please refer to Appendix.
(3) All assignments will be posted via E-handbook during this period. For the relevant hyperlinks and QR codes, please refer to Appendix.
(4) For any updates of the school, they will be broadcasted in the school’s website and through broadcast messages.
(5) NO school bus services will be provided during this period. Please arrange your own travel plan if parents wish to take your child back to school.
Parents are requested to pay more attention to their children’s health.  If their children are feeling unwell (even if the symptoms may be very mild), they should seek medical advice promptly to receive appropriate diagnoses and treatments. Students should avoid going to crowded places or poorly ventilated public places, etc., and should maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and take adequate rest in order to strengthen their immunity. The school will also clean and sanitise our premises thoroughly, and work with parents to create a healthy and clean campus.
